How much does it cost?
€0.15 per booking, with no monthly fee and no setup fee. Card deposits through the Wiiz payment gateway carry a 2.5% transaction fee. SMS is charged separately, from €0.06.
How does the passenger pay the deposit?
By card through the secure JCC gateway, when booking or from the SMS link.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes — fixed prices per route and an adjustable meter tariff.
How do rides for now work?
The passenger books for right now and the estimate +10% is held on their card. A driver accepts the ride; if nobody accepts within 10 minutes, the hold is released. After the ride only the final cost is charged.
Do drivers need an app?
The Wiiz app (iOS & Android) shows drivers their rides with a map and notifications.
