Check-in for booked appointments

When a booked client arrives, check them in from the calendar or the app. For personal trainers and studios, checking in a session can also use up one session from the client’s prepaid pack automatically.

QR sign-up at the front desk

Print your Wiiz QR code or use an NFC tag at reception. New clients scan it, enter their name and mobile, confirm with an SMS code and are added to your customer list — no paper forms.

Pricing

Wiiz is free forever: unlimited staff, appointments, customers and services, with no subscription, no per-staff fee and no commission. Only two things are optional and pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet: SMS at €0.06 per SMS in Cyprus and Greece, and a flat €0.10 when a customer books through the Wiiz customer app. Appointments you enter yourself are always free.
