Available plans include the SMS Plan (charged per SMS message sent) and the App Booking Plan (charged per booking made through your branded app). All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Since the platform is free, there is no billing period to complete. Any unused prepaid credits will not be refunded upon account closure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) you have outstanding unpaid usage charges that are not resolved within a reasonable period; (c) we are required to do so by law; or (d) we cease to offer the Service. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid credits.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your branded mobile application will be removed from app stores within a reasonable period. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, during which you may request an export of your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wiiz.app is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration or bring a claim in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
